Waste waters treated from polyether
Pilot tests of waste water treatment from polyether were successfully completed at Styrene and Polyether Resin Plant of OAO Nizhnekamskneftekhim. The tests were carried out by plant workers jointly with the specialists of Scientific and Research Center.
Treatment scheme was run-in at the existing standby facilities, thus its implementation costs were insignificant, whereby COD (chemical oxygen demand), one of the main indicators of waste water pollution, has considerably decreased.
