Shares of Nizhnekamskneftekhim included into quotation lists of securities at Moscow Central Stock Exchange
Management of ZAO “Moscow Central Stock Exchange” took a decision to include the shares of Nizhnekamskneftekhim INC into quotation lists of securities of ZAO “Stock Exchange MMVB”.
According to this decision the ordinary shares of Nizhnekamskneftekhim INC at par value of 1 ruble per share are included in the quotation list “A” of the second level of ZAO “Stock Exchange MMVB”; preference shares at par value of 1 ruble per share are included in the quotation list “B” of ZAO “Stock Exchange MMVB”.
From April 2008 till July 20, 2009 the ordinary and preference shares of Nizhnekamskneftekhim INC were dealt at ZAO “Stock Exchange MMVB” as non-listed stock.
