The results revealed 25 minor unconformities, 15 of which were eliminated during the audit. In analyzing, it was verified that 64% of unconformities were relating to such items of the Standard like documentation management and record management. A Quality Management System Unit of Technical Department in conjunction with subdivision managers is currently eliminating unconformities not settled during the audit. After that, «Nizhnekamskneftekhim» Inc will receive a conformity certificate for the quality management system.
